Marion Montay used to be a schoolteacher. She found a way to feel happier, less anxious about what's going to happen and more able to concentrate, instead of feeling sad or worried about stuff.
She does something called meditation - or sometimes mindfulness - and she teaches it now, not just to other adults but also to children.
She describes it as a little like going to the gym - only for your mind, not your body. It helps people to see that our worries or the things we're angry about or other distracting thoughts and feelings, only exist in our heads. We make them up. And by thinking a bit differently, we can be much happier.
Sitting quietly, focusing on just how we breathe in and out, right here, right now, can help us calm down and concentrate. So breathe, and relax!
Listen in to Marion, and to the children in one of her meditation classes, on the WoW! News app this week.
