Bullying is a problem in most schools. You've probably seen it yourself. Name calling, people getting left out, having their things damaged or even hit. But there are ways to help everyone get along better. Pascaline shows us how.

How does bullying start? What makes people start being bullies? How does it feel to be bullied? And what can any of us do about bullying?

These are all important questions for everyone at school and the answers aren't easy. But understanding how other people feel is one of the most important things that we human beings are good at - it's something that helps make us human.

One way to get a sense of what it feels like to be someone else is to play a game. Imagine acting in a little play where you're the bully. Or maybe you're a victim of a bully? Or perhaps someone who's just looking on and not sure what to do.

WoW! News went to meet Pascaline and watch a class in France playing her role-playing game. After a couple of hours of play, kids say they understood better what it feels like to be in different situations - and they understand now how they can stop bullying, even if they're just watching what's happening.

What to remember? Speak up! Tell a parent, tell a teacher. And if things are really complicated, you can try calling a free telephone hotline. There are special numbers in many countries. Check what it is where you live!
